well one of my buddy said its at 11am on Sunday the 8th in Wasco at the westside park(the park with a skate park) he said there was a big turn out last year.

I remember the turn out last year it was pretty good I'll swing by then, I'm going to the mini cruise in bakersfield at 2pm-5pm.
