Famoso Track Rental Day - Feb 12 2011

CalSpeed & Performance has scheduled a private rental of Famoso Raceway dragstrip on Saturday, Feb 12th, 2011. This is a registration only event that only has a limited number of entries available. To simplify signing up and the registration process, we are accepting sign ups / registrations online. When all entries are full and no more spots are available, it will show as out of stock and not available.

****VEHICLES NOT ABLE TO REGISTER AND WILL BE DENIED AT EVENT - ALL FORMS OF DRAGSTERS, ALTERED, Funny cars etc. FASTEST ET: 7.50***** Due to Famoso's insurance requirements.

Details:
9AM-5PM, Gate usually open approx 1 hour before.
Full track preparation / VHT.
Spectators: $5 - Only a gate entrance fee will be charged. Approx $5/per person at the gate. No prepayments on spectators.

*****CANCELLATIONS / WEATHER RESCHEDULING OF EVENT DETAILS****
If you sign up and cannot attend the event for any reason. A refund is available until Jan 31st. A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged on any/all cancellations. After which time no refunds will be issued *No exceptions*. You may substitute entries with another person until Jan 31st. If you need to change the registered racer then email us at calspeedperformance@gmail.com with your information and the information of the replacement racer.

****NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO RESCHEDULING EVENT DUE TO WEATHER OR ANY OTHER REASON OUT OF OUR CONTROL. By signing up and paying for entrance to this event, you are agree to this fully and understand that if you do not show up or attend the race, your entry fee cost will be forfeited and no refund will be given. If you cannot attend the new date of the event if it is rescheduled, you WILL be welcome to privately substitute another racer or sell your entry spot to another person but it is between yourself and the person replacing you. You must only inform us of the racers information that will be taking your place.

IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ANY OTHER REASON OUT OF OUR CONTROL, ALL ENTRANTS WILL INFORMED BY EMAIL AS WELL AS A NOTICE WILL POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE TO INFORM ANY RACERS. PLEASE CHECK OUR WEBSITE THE DAY BEFORE/OF FOR ANY UPDATES OR ANNOUNCEMENTS REGARDING THE EVENT. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP EVERYONE INFORMED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO EVENT RESCHEDULING. Please fully understand that before signing up, as Famoso Raceway will not refund the rental fees. If the event is full and you will like to attend. You are welcome to come to the race and be on a substitution / waiting list to race if anyone doesn't show up to the event. If you replace an entrant that doesn't attend, you will be required to pay for the spot cash in full at the event. No refunds will be given to the entrant who failed to attend.
